About:

I am a music producer, composer, performer, and audio engineer based in New York City.

As a performer, I play electronic music using only hardware electronic instruments such as modular and vintage synthesizers, sequencers, samplers, and drum machines, creating a unique a combination of noisy and dubbed-out pop, hip-hop, reggaeton, dembow, and house music.

I graduated with my MFA in Performance and Interactive Media Arts from CUNY Brooklyn College, and cum laude with a BM in Studio Production from the SUNY Purchase Music Conservatory Studio. While starting out my musical journey with a focus on audio engineering and the production of pop and hip-hop, I soon developed a keen interest in the history and culture of electronic music and synthesizers.

After composing and recording music for nearly a decade, I was yet to perform live, unwilling to compromise on my desire to bring a more physical and wider dynamic range of expression into electronic music performance. Eventually, through the modular synthesizer, I found the means to express and perform music the way I always imagined it.

Using the modular synthesizer rack and signal flow system I designed, I push the limits of traditional synthesized sounds to the extreme, creating scenarios in which the sounds of electronic music are swiftly destroyed, exposed, and unraveled into clicks, blips, distortion, feedback, and chaos at the twist of a knob.

I have been composing and producing music since 2009, and after designing my ideal performance system, performing since 2020. I have worked in the music and advertising industry, as a music technology youth educator, and as an audio engineer, composer, and sound designer for media.
